What is Aerial Yoga?

Aerial Yoga involves performing a series of exercises inspired by yoga, pilates, calisthenics and aerial acrobatics in a hammock-like apparatus, in order to achieve a total-body workout. Aerial Yoga gives you the ability to stretch more deeply, release compression on the spine using gravity and practice inversions in a safe, supportive and easy way. Students will perform back bends, inversions, twists and full-body stretch in our classes. All levels are welcome.

Is aerial yoga app free?

Yes, aerial yoga app is free to download and use. Additionally, we have a wide array of classes available for purchase and a paid subscription program that allows users access to have access to all our classes, our latest and greatest features and content for $9.99 per month or $49.99 a year.

Is Aerial Yoga safe?

Every hammock is rated for well over 2000 lbs. (9 Kn)(908kgs). With a proper setup there is no reason for concern. Make sure to check with your physician beforehand if Aerial Yoga is right for you.
